SUMMER IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summer! I feel like throwing confetti in the air but all I have is a pen. That'll do... "YAY! SUMMER!" *throws pen in air* "Now I have a blue line on  my forehead..." Umm... Anyways I am SO excited about summer, but I am sad that my grade six year is over.
JE SUIS HAPPY BECAUSE:
-Summer. Need I say more?

JE SUIS SAD BECAUSE:
-No more recess.
-And, a couple of my BFFs are leaving :(

I went to the cottage so I'll try to post pics ASAP. You can expect more summer excited-ness too.

Happy-Ness

YAY! Je suis happy! Pardon my french! :P

1. I have 12 followers. YAY! Thanks to each and one of you!

2. WIERDEST DAY EVER! First, I get escorted to school by a police officer (no, I was not in trouble with the law) then, there's an earthquake (OMG!) and then I get whisked away from school by my friend's mom because there were protestors outside my building and if I had gone home it would've been dangerous.

3. 4 MORE DAYS OF SCHOOL! (3 more for me!)

4. I'm going to the cottage on Friday with Emopilopyop! YIPEE!

Every Other Word

I'm going to get right to the point: I have a good idea, I'm going to write a paragraph about something absolutely pointless like green yogurt... and after I'm going to write it again but I'm going to take out every other word. So, what I just wrote would be:

I'm to right the I a idea, going write paragraph something pointless green and I'm to it but going take every  word. what just would

HUH?

I might have made a couple mistakes but that's pretty much how it goes. So, here's my paragraph:

Green yogurt is possible. It's kiwi flavoured. But, potatoes don't wear pants. Frozen yogurt mixed with kiwis. It tastes good like sour candy. How is your raspberry? What ever major lemen. It's lomon, no lemon. Why is that word so hard to type? I like cookies! Pie?

And with every other word taken out:

Green is It's flavoured. potatoes wear yogurt with It good sour How your What major It's no Why that so to I cookies!

HUH?

Look and Poll

I didn't change the look of this blog because I couldn't find a suitabe background. But, I did change the background on my other blog: http://greenifize.blogspot.com/. I like your new look Emily, and Abby. My poll is now closed and I'm sad at the fact that only three people voted. In fact, I'm upset at everyone who dodn't vote. GRR. I'll try not to take any more anger out on those of you who did vote. Anyways, from now on, I will be posting more stories. It's what the people wanted.

Summer Tales

I KNOW I've already done a post about how excizzled (it's a word, look it up. But, in the Dictionary of ANA Volume XI) I am for summer. So, this one is a bit different. It's about my summer camp. Anyways...
The rays of the sun were extremely warm on this specific August afternoon. Kids were splashing in the water and sailboats dotted the lake. Among the sailboats were other boats, cedar green canoes and bright yellow kayaks. A couple kids were trying to windsurf, their laughter could be heard echoing in the bay as they fell of the board again and again. A faded red flag was raised on top of the diving tower, a signal for the boats to come back to the dock. One by one the kids in the boats noticed the flag and made their way towards the shore.
That is a typical day at my summer camp, Tanamakoon. Of course there are land activities too...
With a water bottle in hand and a hat on their head, campers headed to their activities. Some streamed up the hill towards Archery and Woodcraft and others headed to the tennis court. A couple campers went to Paddle Making and a bunch made their way to the Art Barn. After an hour of doing interesting things, counselors told the kids it was time to go to the second activity of the afternoon. Everyone made sure they had their water bottle and hat with them and headed to their next activity. After another hour of fun the campers were instructed to head to their cabins and wait until dinner.
BTW, the two pieces are happening at the same time.

_____________

Derri slid into her seat at the back of her class as her History teacher, Mr. Haler, droned on about Shakespeare’s contribution to literacy. A piece of paper fluttered down on her desk. Looking around, Derri noticed nobody was close enough to have given it too her. Carefully, she unfolded it.
Bathroom, NOW!
Was all it said. Meekly she raised her hand. “Yes, Derri?” said Mr. Haler interrupting his lecture.
“May I please go to the bathroom?” Derri asked instead of her usual “I demand to go to the bathroom!”
“Nice to see you’re being polite today Miss Ravens,” said Mr. Haler with a small smile on his face. With an eye roll and a hair flip Derri strode out of the stuffy classroom and made her way to the girl’s bathroom.
On the door was a yellow peeling sign that said “STUDENT WASHROOM ONLY, NO ADULTS” and a few other things added in by students. Inside...

Pizza

I'm in a really "Bloggy" mood! So I'm blogging. Ya.
A list of interesting pizza combinations:
Pesto sauce, green peppers, green olives and (this is optional) chicken.
BBQ sauce, red peppers and pepperoni.
Okay, that's a short list. Deal with it.
